Step 1 — Pre-Service Walk-Through and Quote

Before any work is scheduled, George or Gannon visits the office to assess panel count, fabric type, condition, access logistics, and any specific concerns (high-traffic areas, spill spots, recent illness). We document everything and provide a written quote. No surprise charges on the invoice.

Step 2 — Scheduling and Access Coordination

We coordinate access with your facilities team, building management, or security. After-hours and weekend windows are standard. We handle key fobs, security codes, alarm protocols, and re-locking procedures per your office’s requirements.

Step 3 — Spot Removal of Desk Items

Personal items, monitors, and anything sitting on the surface adjacent to the panels stay in place — we work around them. Critical or fragile items can be flagged in advance for extra care. We don’t move papers, files, or anything personal.

Step 4 — Pre-Treatment of High-Concern Areas
