George Stuart founded the company in 2005 with a single truck and a simple promise: clean it right the first time, or come back and make it right. Twenty years and 15,000 homes later, that promise hasn’t changed — and now George works alongside his son, Gannon, who joined the company as a second-generation technician. Hot-water extraction (HWE) is a deep-cleaning method that injects pressurized hot water and cleaning solution into carpet fibers, then immediately vacuums the moisture and dissolved soil back out. It is the only cleaning method recognized as warranty-compliant by every major U.S. carpet manufacturer.
Truck-mounted hot-water extraction generates water hot enough to produce visible steam at the wand tip — but the cleaning is done by water pressure and chemistry, not steam itself. “Steam cleaning” is the industry’s customer-facing name for the process.
Truck-mounted systems generate roughly five times the water pressure and three times the vacuum suction of portable rental units. The result is deeper cleaning, faster drying, and the ability to remove soil that portable machines leave behind.

Lighter clean. Limited pressure and suction. Drying time: 8-24 hours. Warranty-safe. Best for: high-rise apartments where truck access is impossible.
Surface-level clean. Uses absorbent compounds rather than water. Drying time: 1-2 hours. May void some manufacturer warranties. Best for: commercial spaces requiring zero downtime.
Surface refresh only. Common in hotels. Drying time: 1-3 hours. Frequently voids residential warranties. Best for: light commercial maintenance between deep cleans.
